Property Maintenance is a locally owned, third generation property service company serving the Lake Charles area since 1996. What began as a way to get outdoors and earn a little extra income quickly grew into a full time operation. Eventually replacing two other careers and becoming a long term family business built on pride in quality work and dependable service.

With decades of experience and a background in licensed horticulture, we bring a professional, knowledgeable approach to every property we care for. From small residential yards to large multi family communities and commercial properties with hundreds of units, our team understands that each property has different needs, and we treat them that way.

We’re large enough to reliably serve commercial accounts, apartments, and businesses, yet small enough to genuinely care about the details that matter to homeowners. Our range of services includes routine lawn and landscape maintenance, seasonal color, property cleanups, and new landscape design and installation.
